Covering a 21-county service area in the north-central region of our state, Central Nebraska Community Services provides a variety of programs to improve the quality of life for individuals and families. Within the fields of health and nutrition, CNCS offers WIC, Maternal and Child Health, immunizations, Bright Starts, Rural Health Outreach, and numerous other programs. In Early Childhood Education, CNCS provides Early Head Start, Head Start and preschool services. In Community and Economic Development, CNCS assists families with housing needs such as rental subsidies and weatherization. And in Family Outreach, CNCS is building partnerships with people and communitites to promote safer, healthier tomorrows. |
